All payments for advertising must be made in full before the campaign will begin. Furthermore, your advertising page must comply fully with the following conditions:

1. Vastdream.com WILL NOT accept ads or websites that contain, provide, or link to content that is not appropriate for viewing by the general public. The following are examples of the type of sites we WILL NOT deliver visitors to:

Sites with pornography, sexual or erotic material or adult business opportunities, Sites containing or linking to software piracy, pirating, hacking, spamming, excessive violence, obscene or vulgar language, abusive content, illegal schemes, false investment advice or deceptive money-making opportunities or ANY form of illegal activity or material, etc. 

Any Client caught purposely submitting such deceptive and/or illegal schemes for submission through our service(s) in an attempt to commit fraud will immediately forfeit any and all payments made to Vastdream.com and its agents and WILL NOT be entitled to a refund, whether such campaign has officially started or not.  We do not tolerate, condone, nor participate in spamming (Unsolicited Email) or perpetuating any type of scam, and we will certainly not "send" funds to someone that is clearly breaking the law.  Further, you may be reported to the authorities if such is warranted.

2. Your advertised page MUST NOT contain any other popup windows if the traffic you order states otherwise. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including popups, pop-behinds, or exit popups windows. If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, Vastdream.com may stop the campaign and you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.

Note: Our expired domains redirected traffic packages DO ALLOW one popup or popunder on your advertised page.

3. Your advertised page can not have background music or sounds, contain scripts that alter users browser settings or contain any frame breaking codes.

4. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, Vastdream.com - AdMaster will pause your campaign immediately.  Your site will be reviewed again and if the new advertised page complies with our rules the campaign will be restarted.  This usually takes 24 hours.  If the newly revised advertised page does not comply with all our rules the campaign will be deleted and you WILL NOT be entitled to any refund.

5.  DISCLAIMERS:   Vastdream.com and AdMaster cannot and do not make any claims as to the results you obtain with any given advertising campaign.  EARNINGS DISCLAIMER:  Any results indicated herein are not typical.  Your results may vary.  We make no claim that you will earn any income whatsoever using our advertising services and/or tools.  Where specific figures are quoted from individuals there is no assurance you will do as well.  You must assume the risk that you will not earn any income from our product, though we make every effort to encourage positive results for our customers.
